Once a year all of the Backcountry of California Units gather. This large gathering includes food, fun, and friends! Among the activities encountered are the State Meeting, contests, classes, shopping, and much more! Annual awards, such as the Top Hand award, are passed out Saturday night, followed by live music and dancing.

In addition to the State Meeting held at the Rendezvous, the BCHC also holds another State Meeting in October.
